Good morning, I finished taking the pills on Friday, should I start the next package a week later, i.e. on Saturday?

Yes, since you took the last tablet (21st) on Friday, the next pack of tablets should be started next week on Saturday. So that the whole cycle - that is, 21. tablets + 7 days break was 28 days. Day 29 is the first day of the new blister. The break lasts the whole 7 days.
