For @Barti: According to the manufacturer's recommendations, Pecto Drill tablets are indicated for use only in adults.

Yes, maybe you. In children aged 2 years to 5 years, the dosage is from 125 to 250 mg (from 2.5 ml to 5 ml of syrup) 2 times a day, from 6 years to 12 years: 250 mg (5 ml of syrup) 3 times a day.
