If after the drugs Sobycor and Tritace there was muscle pain, ear congestion and pressure fluctuations - should I go to the doctor?

Good morning, I take for hypertension Sobycor 2.5 mg in the morning and evening Tritace 2.5 mg, and at noon after taking sobycoru bakes me thighs I have to constantly rocierac, and my ears are plugged and the pressure is different if I have to stop these drugs and go to the doctor.

Symptoms such as burning, muscle pain are common side effects of Tritace. Usually, these symptoms are an indication for a change in the method of treatment. Then you should consult a doctor. Ear congestion and pressure fluctuations may indicate that the therapy is insufficient and needs to be modified. Therefore, a visit to the doctor is, in my opinion, necessary.
