Hello, can Concor be taken together with ivabradine? I was advised to take Concor 1.25 in the morning together with Ivabradine 5mg for tachycardia. Won't such a combination lower the pulse too much and are there no interactions between these drugs? Maybe it is better to take them at different times? Best regards

Concor Cor and Ivabradine can only be used together if they have been recommended by one doctor or if the doctor knew about their use: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/19581/concor-cor-1-25-tabletki-powlekane/ulotka/60625 https://www.gdziepolek.pl/substancje/iwabradyna The combined use of the medicines increases their effect on heart rate. The interaction between the preparations may increase the risk of e.g. bradycardia (excessively lowered pulse) or arrhythmias. Medications should be used in doses and intervals prescribed by the attending physician. The patient's reaction to the drugs used is determined individually. In case of the impression that the prescribed drugs show excessive effect, it is recommended to consult the attending physician.
