Does a single passing of loose stool about 2 hours after taking the contraceptive pill affect its effectiveness?

Good morning. My first pack of Belara tablets. Previously, I took others from 2019. Today I took the last active tablet of Belara at 14:15 and at 16:30 I had a disposable loose stool. What to do in such a situation? Best regards

A disposable loose stool does not affect the effectiveness of contraception. Diarrhea understood as several visits to the toilet in a short period of time - yes. In your case, in my opinion, there is no reason to worry, protection against pregnancy will be preserved. A 7-day break should be observed normally and start using the tablets from the new package at the end of the break.
