This will also not affect its effectiveness as long as it is a one-time bowel movement. If vomiting or diarrhea occurred, i.e. several times passing feces with a watery consistency within 3-4 hours from the moment of taking the tablet - then you should take another dose.

What if one watery one comes out when 4 hours have not passed since taking the vines contraceptive pill?

A disposable watery stool occurring after 7 hours after taking the Vines tablet will not adversely affect its effectiveness - there is no reason to worry.
