Is the dose of Mesopral 40 mg twice a day not too high?
Good morning, the gastrologist prescribed me Mesopral 40mg 2x1. Will such a dose of the drug 80mg per day not be too much? I have taken 14 days with other drugs Ulcamed, Amotaks, Levalox. I have Helicobacter pyroli bacteria and gastritis. Best regards

Mesopral 40 mg twice a day may be used. The maximum daily dose will not be exceeded, it is a safe and appropriate dosage method. It is worth bearing in mind that in some cases the doctor may recommend increasing the dose up to 160 mg per day. So, there is no cause for concern.
