I started using liberella that month according to the first day of my period. I took for 21 days and weaned .in 3 days I was supposed to get menstruation but it came 3 days too early. Should I start the next 21 days today or only in 3 days?

As it has already been written below, taking Liberelle tablets you will not have physiological menstruation, but only withdrawal bleeding caused by a break in taking hormones. Tablets should be taken regardless of bleeding - always keep 7 days break between subsequent packs of the drug.
I meant that I got my periods 3 days earlier than from the calendar. So in that case, 7 days of space and I start a new blister. And in total then the same 21 days tablet and 7 without

For Liberelle tablets, take 1 tablet for another 21 days and the new pack should be started after a break of 7 days during which withdrawal bleeding occurs (menstruation). So if you had bleeding during the week when you are not taking the medicine, this is correct - so I do not fully understand what you mean by writing that menstruation came "too early"? Perhaps you need an explanation that by taking Liberelle tablets you will no longer have physiological menstruation with a calendar date, but only the described withdrawal bleeding. Starting Liberelle on the first day of menstruation applies only to the first pack of the drug. Then you use the 21+7 scheme all the time, remembering to start the next blister in a timely manner and without delay. I encourage you to read the Liberelle leaflet carefully, because the issues of use are explained in detail in it: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/98409/liberelle-tabletki/ulotka/245732 https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/98409/liberelle-tabletki/apteki/w-warszawie
