Will pregabalin help with diabetic neuropathy

I've been taking pregabalin for a few years and it doesn't help much, it's especially difficult nights of 2-3 hours of sleep and I have to stand up to walk.

Yes. According to data from the scientific literature, the drugs of choice for the treatment of painful diabetic polyneuropathy are gabapentin and pregabalin. Despite a similar mechanism of action, their effectiveness in neuropathic pain may vary; lack of effectiveness of one drug may be an indication for the administration of another.
