For @Gabriela: This does not directly affect the effectiveness of contraception, but the use of Polopyrin contrary to the recommendations increases the risk of side effects, including vomiting and diarrhea, which in turn can weaken the effect of contraceptive pills.

Polopyrin can be used as recommended in the leaflet and this will not reduce the effectiveness of contraception (i.e. 1 to 2 tablets every 4 hours). You don't have to keep a break between the placebo pill and Polopyrin.

And how many times a day can you take polopyrin so that it does not reduce the effectiveness and do you have to keep an interval of 2 hours with placebo tablets?. However, since I took the tablet at 5 o'clock and the placebo tablet at 7 o'clock, can I take another polopyrin tablet at 8 o'clock?

Polopyrin S will not reduce the effectiveness of contraception. Maintaining a time interval of 2-3 hours between drugs will be fully sufficient.
