How to use Pramolan and Escipram correctly?
I take escipram in the morning 10, the doctor prescribed me pramolan 50. But he didn't tell me when to take it. Or in the evening ?

Usually in adults, the dose is 50 mg of dihydrochloride opipramol in the morning and at noon and 100 mg of opipramol dihydrochloride in the evening. Did your doctor recommend using Pramolan 1x a day? If so, you can take it in the evening.
