Etamsilat (the active ingredient in Cyclonamine) is a substance with an antihemorrhagic effect and a protective effect on the vessels. It improves the "adhesion" of platelets and increases the strength of the walls of small blood vessels. Thanks to this, the bleeding time is reduced and the total loss of blood is reduced. Etamsilat, on the other hand, does not change plasma coagulation factors. The use of Cyclonamine does not mean that the blood will not clot at all and in any situation. If you are at risk of pregnancy and bleeding, then all doubts should be consulted with a gynecologist without undue delay.
