The biggest problem is of a pharmacoeconomic nature, the oral form is more expensive than dried, in addition, when taken orally, the bioavailability is much worse than when inhaling, there is also a first-pass effect, which further weakens the effect of the drug. As a result, treatment with oral cannabinoids will be a dozen sic! times more expensive compared to cannabis flower therapy (prices from 26.03.2022 are included)
