Is it possible to combine the drugs Chlorprothixen and Hydroxyzinum?

Can chlorprothixen be combined with hydroxyzinum as a last resort? I know that Relanium can, I had so administered in the hospital (Relanium + hydroxyzinum) as after the Relanium itself I could not fall asleep. Please reply, thank you in advance and greetings.

Combining these drugs increases the risk of symptoms such as pain and dizziness, drowsiness, impaired concentration. Therefore, you should observe your body, and in case of any disturbing side effects - consult your doctor.
