Can Vermox cause abdominal pain and diarrhoea?

A week ago I took the drug Vermox, although I did not see roundworm in the feces, I did not observe it, in the morning after the release I have abdominal pain and diarrhea. Should the test be repeated? Or maybe this is one of the undesirable effects of the drug?

Abdominal pain and diarrhoea may be a side effect of taking Vermox, but they are not seen very often. If the symptoms persist, it is worth going to the doctor and performing check-ups.
