Is the subfebrile condition a side effect of Vines or rather a common cold?

Good morning, a week ago on Wednesday I started the second pack of Vines tablets. On Tuesday and Wednesday I had a headache and chills that went through, but on Wednesday I developed a subfebrile condition. I felt like I was taking a cold on Tuesday. It lasts for a week. My question is, is it very likely that these are side effects of contraception? Or rather a common cold? With the first package, nothing like this occurred, and it coincided with the start of the second package, hence my doubts.

As a colleague wrote below, Vines tablets do not cause flu-like symptoms such as subfebrile state or chills. You should go to your GP and look for the cause elsewhere.

So the cause should be sought elsewhere, because the tablets taken do not cause such side effects?

Vines pills or other contraceptive pills do not cause colds and are unlikely to have flu-like symptoms in the spectrum of side effects. It may cause headache (up to 1 in 10 people). If you have been feverish for a week, it would be advisable to visit your family doctor. Inspection and basic research can help determine the cause.
