The Polish Gynecological Society recommends that you wash yourself at least 2 times a day. But it is equally important to wash yourself after each sexual intercourse and every time after defecation. Frequent washing is also recommended during menstruation. When using Zenella Med, you can also apply the rule described above and wash yourself 2 times a day.
