Should I take Asanix if my hand shakes sometimes and at the same time I take medication for hypertension and cholesterol?

I told my doctor that he noticed that sometimes the right hand is parted and immediately saved me Asanix I did a resonance of the head and showed that I have small changes but seemingly insignificant whether this drug does not harm me I also take for overpressure and cholesterol. The doctor did not ask if I was taking any medication. Please inform me in advance thank you

Hypertension and elevated cholesterol and the drug taken for this reason are not contraindications to the use of Asanix. Nevertheless, if you have any doubts about the diagnosis, it may be worth discussing the results of the tests with another doctor.
