Does Metoclopramidum Polpharma affect the effectiveness of Aidee contraceptive pills?

Good morning, yesterday I took the first tablet from the new package (Aidee tablets) unfortunately after two hours I started to feel nauseous and I took one tablet of the antibiotic Metoclopramidum polpharma 10mg or despite the fact that it is one tablet I should use additional protection for the next days? And if I had intercourse on the same day, am I protected? Should I treat it like skipping a pill?

Metoclopramide Polpharma contains metoclopramide - a substance that intensifies intestinal peristalsis (movements). It shortens the residence time of contraceptive pills in the digestive tract to such an extent that they do not have time to be properly absorbed. For the next 7 days, additional methods of contraception should be used, and if intercourse took place on the same day, it will be necessary to exclude pregnancy: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/test-ciazowy-jaki-wybrac-i-kiedy-zrobic I attach additional materials: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/2868/aidee-tabletki-powlekane/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-prawidlowo-stosowac-antykoncepcje https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jakie-leki-oslabiaja-skutecznosc-antykoncepcji https://www.gdziepolek.pl/blog/historia-antykoncepcji-metody-zapobiegania-ciazy-kiedys-i-dzis
