It's a waste of money. The effect is miserable and after discontinuation the weight quickly returns to the previous result. Plus, getting tired of diarrhea and risking other side effects. It has little effect on appetite. I continued to eat despite taking this drug. It's better to spend this money on a diet or sports.

It costs too much for such a short-term effect. In total, I managed to lose 8 kg from 85 to 77 kg. Not very satisfying for so much effort and money.

The lack of effect can be caused by various factors, e.g. improper dietary action - lack of caloric deficit. Including physical activity does not say much - what activity, how many times a week, since you use it. Unfortunately, there is no one right answer to the question "why there is no effect". In addition, you also need to plan what effect and at what time we expect. I encourage you to think about which aspect of lifestyle change is the most difficult for you and consult a specialist who can help you solve it (e.g. dietitian, psychodietitian, psychologist, personal trainer).

It doesn't work, because apparently your problem is psychological and you should go to a psychonutritionist. This is not a miracle slimming drug, but an inhibition of hunger pangs. As a result, it limits the amount of calories consumed. However, if someone eats, not because he feels hunger, but because he likes to eat well and a lot, then this drug will not help him :)
