If there was bleeding during the third Evra patch, should I peel it off?

I applied the third patch on Friday, on Saturday I got a slight bleeding (in the form of clots) and pain in the lower abdomen, sometimes ovaries. I have a week left until the period and peeling off the patch. On Sunday morning again a slight bleeding, as if during the period. My question is whether to peel off the patch or wait and peel off the patch on the day when the period should occur?

Despite the appearance of bleeding, do not peel off the patch. The patch should be peeled off on Friday and then (after the third patch) take a 7-day break, then start the next package. If you use the patches correctly, do not take medications that may weaken the effect of the patches, the occurrence of bleeding or spotting - especially during the first 3-4 months of using the patches, should not worry. Protection will be maintained. I attach links to helpful entries: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/plastry-antykoncepcyjne https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-prawidlowo-stosowac-antykoncepcje
