The dose is within the typical recommendations - during the day you can take up to 600 mg of the drug. In such a situation, you should ask your doctor, who, on the basis of full medical records, can decide whether to modify the treatment if it is indeed the cause of these symptoms or determines another cause.
It's about my brother,he's undergoing chemotherapy. Naxalgan in the morning takes in a dose of 150 mg + 75 mg, in the evening 300 mg, this dose takes for about 2 weeks and before that nothing happened, from Wednesday he took additional iron and from Friday I noticed these symptoms.-hanging, balance problem and I have the impression that these symptoms are constantly intensifying.

These symptoms may be an adverse reaction to the drug, which may occur regardless of the dose (although often increasing the dose of the drug is associated with a higher risk of their occurrence). What dose of medicine per day do you take?
