A decrease in pressure can be caused both with the course of the disease itself - pneumonia, and with the addition of an antibiotic. However, hypotension is a rare side effect of Moloxin. Perhaps it would be worth consulting a doctor and reducing the doses or reducing the amount of drugs used for hypertension. Please note that the pressure drop may be caused by weakness associated with pneumonia. Nevertheless, all disturbing symptoms should be communicated to your doctor.
