Would there be anything to see on the ultrasound with the Levosert IUD?

Hi I have a question. I have had a Levoser insole since September the first follow-up visit after 2 weeks from putting it on the next again after two weeks . Now on Wednesday again visit , of course ultrasound , insert examination in its place , thread Oki. On Thursday I was supposed to get menstruation and here is still not. How would there be something wrong with the ultrasound would be visible? I would like to add that the previous menstruation lasted 3 days.

Due to the action of the hormone present in the Levosert insert (levonorgestrel), it is possible to gradually reduce the number of bleeding days and the amount of blood lost every month. Menstrual bleeding may also disappear completely. This effect is observed in more than 1 in 10 women using the system. According to the product documentation, "in the absence of menstrual bleeding for 6 weeks, a pregnancy test should be considered. If the result is negative, there is no need for another test unless there are other symptoms indicating pregnancy, e.g. nausea, fatigue and breast tenderness." However, I am not able to answer for the doctor whether he would be able to illustrate pregnancy in about two weeks from conception (so that it would result from your entry, if you were the day before the expected menstruation). According to my discernment, this is difficult or even impossible. The first ultrasound examination should be carried out around the 5-6th week of pregnancy. If you are concerned, you can take a blood or urine pregnancy test:
