Rozex is a drug in the form of a cream used in the local treatment of inflammatory lesions of the nature of papules and pustules, in the course of rosacea. The active substance of the preparation is metronidazole, showing antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects. The preparation has no indication for the removal of blackheads, so it is difficult for me to say whether in your case it will work for this type of problem. The condition of the skin should generally improve after treatment, but as a rule - it is intended to eliminate inflammatory changes of the nature of papules and pustules.
