Can well-being deteriorate when changing birth control pills from Vixpo to Drosfemine?

Vixpo, a drosfemine Good morning. I have a question about tablets. I always took vixpo birth control pills, after which I felt good. However, recently they were not in the pharmacy and I got a replacement in the form of drosfemine. I have the impression that I started to feel worse and gain weight. Is it possible that the pills have something else in the composition that causes my worse self-esteem and weight gain??

These drugs contain the same doses of active substances, that is, 0.02 mg of ethinyl estradiol and 3 mg of drospirenone, but differ in excipients (bulking agents and envelope components). The excipients and the formula of the drug may have little effect on well-being after taking the drug. Gynecologists usually advise against the use of substitutes for hormonal contraception, because in the case of this group of drugs, even the smallest changes can affect the occurrence of side effects.
