Due to the lack of Medukinet CR 10 mg, can a pharmacist dispense a drug at a dose of 20 mg?

I have 2x Medikinet CR 10mg left on the prescription, which is slowly losing its validity. The manufacturer is still deficient. Can a pharmacist sell me a single pack of CR 20mg in return?

Even bearing in mind the lack of a drug in a dose of 10 mg, the pharmacist can not give in return a drug with a double dose - 20 mg. Such a change is possible only in the case of a change from a higher dose to a smaller one. In this case, the pharmacist may dispense the medicine at a lower dose, and the amount of active substance contained in the medicinal product dispensed at a lower dose is to correspond in total to the amount of active substance contained in the medicinal product at the dose specified in the prescription.
