Hello. My son 4 years old has an alternating cough. Wet in the morning and dry during the day and in the evening. The doctor prescribed us nebud and berodual. Nebud used with us in attacks of laryngitis. After the first administration of berodual in the morning a few hours later, I noticed a rash on the baby's cheek. Is it an allergic reaction? Continue to administer the drug or stop?

According to the Summary of Product Characteristics, skin reactions such as rash or hives may occur after the administration of both medicines used: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/10339/berodual-plyn/ulotka/11131 https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/52516/nebbud-zawiesina/ulotka/180321 Please remember to wash your baby's face with water after each administration of medicines to avoid irritation. I also suggest taking an attitude of active observation, because a single application is not enough to consider that the cause is Berodual. Please also note that any modifications to the therapy should be made only after consultation with the pediatrician familiar with the child's state of health in detail.
