The drugs Actimodan and Seronil can be combined with each other. However, you should monitor your body's reaction and if you experience any alarming symptoms, consult your doctor - then you may need to reduce the dose of Seronil. According to the manufacturer: "Some tricyclic antidepressants and selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (Seronil belongs to this group) are mainly metabolized by CYP2D6. In patients with CYP2D6 deficiency (approximately 10% of the Caucasian population), the CYP2C19 metabolic pathway, which is usually of secondary importance, plays a greater role. Because modafinil can inhibit CYP2C1."
