Since the drug is taken only once - one dose, it does not deregulate the work of the intestines, therefore there is no risk of weakening the effect of contraception after taking it. I would like to point out that not all antibiotics affect the effectiveness of hormonal contraception.

Although it is an antibiotic, it does not affect?

For @Gabriela: Monural does not affect the effectiveness of birth control pills. These drugs can be combined with each other.

If, despite the use of Furaginum Teva, the symptoms have recurred, it is worth consulting a doctor. Perhaps the specialist will decide to use stronger drugs, e.g. Monural: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/50320/monural-granulat-do-wytworzenia-plynu/ulotka/44943 This preparation is used orally (granules to make a suspension for drinking), usually one dose is enough - once, before bedtime on an empty bladder (after peeing, before going to bed). However, since it is a drug available only on prescription, its use must be decided by a doctor, e.g. a family doctor.
