Taking into account the fact that scientific studies prove that patients with psoriasis are more likely than healthy people to have disorders of the intestinal microflora, it can be assumed that the use of probiotics may support the treatment of psoriasis. In one of the scientific studies, it was shown that the administration of probiotics containing the Bifidobacterium infantis strain 35624 to patients with psoriasis reduced the concentration of pro-inflammatory factors in the blood. Another study confirmed the effectiveness of probiotics containing strains of Bifidobacterium longum CECT 7347, Bifidobacterium lactis CECT 8145 and Lactobacillus rhamnosus CECT 8361 in supporting the treatment of psoriasis. However, I have not found scientific evidence for the effectiveness of supplementation with preparations containing the Lactobacillus acidophilus (Narine) strain. Based on the results of the cited scientific reports, it is worth reaching for preparations containing 4 strains listed above. Below are examples of them: - https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/96551/symbiosys-alflorex-kapsulki/apteki, - https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/107701/dicoflor-6-kapsulki/apteki, - https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/79914/trilac-kapsulki/apteki.
