If I'm awake and have a headache after SSRIs, aren't those medications for me?
Wiram, I have neurosis manifested by constant pressure in the throat .. the drug seronil helps me for this, but it causes me insomnia anyway like other ssri drugs taken in the morning (dulsevia, paroxetine). I don't sleep at night and my head hurts every day. Does this mean that ssri drugs are not for me? Because they stimulate me? And that's why I don't sleep after them?

SSRIs are characterized by differentiated indirect stimulation of 5-HT2A receptors, which by increasing the concentration of serotonin may increase the adverse effect in the form of increased insomnia and agitation. Bearing in mind the symptoms you are experiencing, the use of drugs from this group may not be advisable.
