When taking Moclobemide, paracetamol (e.g. Apap) or metamizole (e.g. Pyralgina) can be safely used. It should be avoided to combine it with ibuprofen and other anti-inflammatory drugs (e.g. ketoprofen), as moclobemide may increase the potency of ibuprofen or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory products.
