Should I go to the doctor with my child if he still has a white bloom despite using an antibiotic for 6 days?

He has been using amotaxi in my child for the 6th day, looking into the throat today you can still see white blooms. However, should I go to the doctor after the antibiotic is over? I would like to add that we have an antibiotic for 8 days.

If, after the end of antibiotic therapy, the changes in the throat do not subside, it is worth showing yourself to the pediatrician. White bloom can be the result of not only a bacterial infection, but also a fungal or viral infection, so if the symptoms do not go away, it may be necessary to change the treatment.
