I started taking the antibiotic Zinoxx. I also take Axia Conti birth control pills. Should I use additional security? Will this antibiotic weaken the effect of contraception?

Yes, you should use the extra protection of a condom while taking the antibiotic (and preferably) 7 days after it is over.
