Thank you for sharing your case. Would you like to ask a question? Debutir is a food for special medical purposes, the preparation contains sodium butyrate, belonging to short-chain fatty acids that are necessary for the proper functioning of the intestines. Butyric acid is the primary source of energy for colon epithelial cells. Sodium butyrate is a safe substance and can be recommended to people with gastrointestinal disorders such as constipation, abdominal pain, diarrhea, irritable bowel, after antibiotic therapy, or in diseases of the large intestine. However, if you do not have a diagnosis, i.e. a diagnosis of what was the cause of the pain or what are the reasons for the ailment, it is difficult to assess whether taking butyrate will be sufficient. In adults, it is recommended to use the preparation for at least 3 months, so after one tablet you will probably not feel any effects.
