Can I stop taking Arketis myself?

Is taking 1/4 tablet arketis 20mg.pomalu to stop eg taking for the first two weeks every other day and the next two weeks every 3 days and so to the last tablet.czy wogole 1/4tabletki is a strong dawka.bo only such a dose I got from the doctor once a day at night.
