What medicine to use to treat insomnia: Nasen or Bellergot?

I take acard, biosotal and prestarium. I have trouble sleeping, falling asleep. The family doctor prescribed me bellergot 1 tabl., and the cardiologist changed it to the drug "NASEN" - 1/2 tablet. Which drug is more "suitable" with the previously mentioned drugs?

The medicinal products Bellergot and Nasen differ in their indications for use. Bellergot is used to treat the symptoms of increased nervous excitability accompanying the symptoms of menopause and to treat migraine headaches. Nasen is used in the short-term treatment of insomnia. Both drugs are intended for short-term use. It is recommended that treatment with zolpidem contained in Nasen should last for several days to 2 weeks, with a maximum of 4 weeks. The use of phenobarbital contained in Bellergot should not last longer than 2 weeks. As for the interaction of these drugs with other drugs used (Acard, Biosotal, Presatrium), the simultaneous use of Biosotal and Bellergot may increase the risk of increased vasospasm, which may result in the occurrence of symptoms of cerebral, cardiac and limb ischemia. It is possible that for this reason the cardiologist decided to use Nasen instead of Bellergot. Concomitant use of Nasen, Presatarium and Biosotal may increase the hypotensive effect of the drugs, but if you take Nasen at bedtime, this effect should not affect the functioning of the body. Please note that the effects of these drug interactions may or may not occur. When prescribing a medicine, the doctor should be aware of all the medicines used and on this basis decide whether the benefits of these medicines outweigh the possible risks.
