What can I use during my Adaring period if I don't like sanitary napkins?
Hi I'm starting to use adaring. What is the best time for period/spotting? I used tampons are this leak .... and menstrual cups? I don't really like using sanitary napkins.

At the time of using Adaring, tampons can be used at the same time. The disc should be placed before putting on the tampon. However, care should be taken when removing the tampon, so that you do not inadvertently remove the drug as well. If this happens, it is enough to wash the disc in cold or lukewarm water and put it back on as soon as possible.
