The doctor recommended me to use mastodynon h in drops. In addition, I got a prescription for metronidazole 500 mg orally. According to the guidelines of metronidazole, I have to take 1 tablet 2 times a day for 10 days. Mastodinone, on the other hand, is 20 drops per day for the next month. Won't such a combination hurt me if the leaflet of the drug metronidazole says that it can not be combined with alcohol?

Combining the drug Metronidazole with alcohol - even the one contained in the drugs is not advisable, as it increases the risk of disulfiram reaction, more here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-mozna-laczyc-leki-z-alkoholem Since 30 drops of Mastodynon N corresponds to about 10 ml of beer or 4 ml of wine - the alcohol content is small. After all, the best solution would be to first carry out treatment with Metronidazole, and after about 48 hours from the end of taking Metronidazole, start using Mastodinone N.
