Hello. In November 2021, I went through Covid. Then I lost my sense of smell. So far, I have not recovered it 100%. I feel "foreign smells" and some smells I don't feel at all. I have been prescribed Pronasal for allergy. Is it a coincidence that the furoiniam of mometasone contained in the spray does not cause a prolonged lack of smell and its disorders? What would be better to use in this case?

It is true that Pronasal can cause transient olfactory disorders, but if the cause of your ailment is chronic inflammation - this drug may be effective. I am afraid that so far there is no one effective way to restore the sense of smell lost by coronavirus infection.
