The use of Acatar Acti-Tabs with Epigapent may increase side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness, confusion and difficulty concentrating. A better option may be the use of a nasal clearing drug with a topical effect spray, for example, Acatar Control, Sudafed Xylospray HA, Otrivin.
