According to current medical literature, there are some interactions between these preparations, therefore these preparations should not be used without consulting a doctor. Combining Macromax and Trittico in therapy increases the risk of side effects in the form of arrhythmias, which can potentially be serious. This applies especially to people who are sensitive to the occurrence of such disorders - that is, suffering from heart disease or the so-called "long QT syndrome", having problems with nerve conduction, or exposed to electrolyte disorders (e.g. after acute diarrhea and vomiting). Both Anapran and Telmisartan can cause kidney failure; this effect may add up when these drugs are used concomitantly. This increases the risk of acute renal failure, especially in elderly and/or dehydrated patients. In the future, I encourage you to inform the attending physician about all the medicines and dietary supplements used, which will allow you to choose a safe and effective pharmacotherapy.
