A single intake of 15 mg of ramipril (the active substance in Polpril) does not lead to an overdose. Nevertheless, the manufacturer's recommended maximum daily dose of this drug is 10 mg - unless the doctor has recommended otherwise, then you should follow the recommendations of a specialist.
