If I have had a period, can I stop taking Duphaston to induce menstruation and start taking birth control pills?

Hello, yesterday I was at the gynecologist it turned out that I have a cyst on the ovary and therefore I did not have 2 months of period ... I got Duphaston 2x1 for 7 days to call the period... I got it after 2 tablets today. Today I should also take the first contraceptive pill Vibin mini. Therefore, I do not know whether to discontinue duphaston and take an anti pill or take both. Please advise...
