Drowsiness and sedation when using aripiprazole - how to deal with it?
I feel permanent fatigue after 22.5 mg of Abilify. After 2 hours after taking the medication, there is a stupor, which prevents normal functioning for several hours (I can not afford it). If the doctor would allow me to go down to 15 mg of the drug, will he feel differences in functioning? What can I do about this weakness and sleepiness?

Somnolence and oversay (sedation) are some of the most commonly observed adverse reactions associated with the use of aripiprazole, the active substance in Abilify. The greatest severity of this type of side effects is usually observed at the beginning of treatment. If these ailments hinder normal functioning, you should report it to your doctor, perhaps he will decide to modify the dose.
