If I have a low pulse, can I use Sedam at night?

If I go to bed in the evening and have a pulse of 54, can I use a 1.5mg sedam? I will add that with this pulse I feel good and I am not an athlete I have a pulse in the range of 52-58 when lying down

A low pulse is not a contraindication to the use of Sedam. Nevertheless, it is true that the drug can further slow down the heart rhythm and cause symptoms of hypotension, e.g. headaches after waking up or drowsiness, impaired concentration during the day. Therefore, the use of this drug in people with a low pulse should be discussed with a doctor.
