What if I miss the last birth control pill from the pack?

When taking the penultimate tablet from the blister before the start of the 7-day break, I lost the tablet. I took another one, which is the last one. What to do in this case? Take a tablet from a new package?

You can take a tablet from the spare pack or skip this tablet and start taking the placebo tablets/break for 7 days and then start the next pack of tablets - which will be one day earlier than usual.
