According to the Summary of Product Characteristics: If a patient has malaria, the dosage is usually 400 mg per day. If Fenle is given for the treatment of RA (rheumatoid arthritis), the dose of the drug is determined individually by the doctor. It depends on the mass and state of health of the patient. The effects of the drug are visible only after at least 3 months from the end of the treatment. In a situation where hydroxychloroquine is to be used chronically, discontinuation of treatment is not recommended and to continue therapy you need to use available substitutes.
