Can I take an extra Dexak SL sachet?
Good morning. My tooth hurts a lot. I have to endure a few more hours until the visit, but the pain is unbearable. 4 hours ago I took 1 sachet dexak SL. Can I take it again not after 8 but 6 hours?

Yes, after 6-8 hours you can take the medicine again. The recommended daily dose is 1 sachet (25 mg) every 8 hours, but not more than 3 sachets per day (75 mg).
